Really like the cover! Yeah, you may have seen that bike before. It was a real thrill for me to stop off at Roy's Cafe, a place frequented by the famous Joe Boyd.
I'd like to go back there again. Probably won't be on the way to InZane XII, though.

First, I wish to thank those who have provided financial support for the VRCC by purchasing a 2012 wall calendar.
Second, I need to let you know that I've gotten myself into a situation. Because of the way orders came in this year and a flaw in my projections, I may be stuck with several of the VRCC 2012 wall calendars. Therefore, if you still want a calendar (it likely won't arrive by Christmas) we will sell you one of these that may otherwise not get sold. If you'll send me an email or PM telling me you're purchasing this calendar as a gift, I'll reduce the charge on your card by $5.00 for each calendar while supplies last. Be sure to tell me the name on your card when you email me. If you're paying by check you can simply reduce the amount of your check by $5.00 per calendar.
Just so you know what these calendars mean to the VRCC, they tend to bring in about the equivalent of three or four annual advertisers.
Get your VRCC 2012 Wall Calendar before they're all gone! (Actually once they're all gone you can still get them from Lulu.com, but they'll cost you a little more. )(Click the pic to order.) (Click the pic to order.)
The picture on the cover of this year's calendar was taken in the parking lot of Roy's Cafe in Amboy , California where Joe Boyd liked to stop for a shake during his rides through the desert.
