Has anyone installed some type of rail or guard on LeatherLyke bags?  Am thinking about doing that.  Was hoping I could save some time and grief if someone already did it.

A replacement LeatherLyke bag would cost less than the rail to protect it and, honestly, rails around LeatherLykes would look like crap.

I did a rough mock up of some in aluminum rods before the bike was totaled.
