I think what really gets to me is that it is usually a Vet thanking a Vet. Bless all of them, Most people do not realize that freedom is not free.  Another Vet!

I am not a Vet.  I thank Veterans when ever I see them out on the streets, in stores, or just casual contacts.  I am sincerely grateful for their service, because I enjoy the freedoms that they fought so hard for.

THANKS TO ALL THE VETS!

When I was able to ride, I belonged to the PGR.  I should say I still belong, but not active.

We would meet returning vets and escort them to Camp Dodge for their final briefing.

There was a lady who showed up for all of these, also saw her at a few Funeral Stand-in's.

Found out the other day, she was just a thankful lady who was telling all the vets, Thank You.

I, too, thank all the vets.  So many have served so well.

I've often wondered whether I should wear my KWVA shirt and cap tomorrow. Even tho I served in Korea, I'd rather would want to call attention to Veterans Day and those who served in combat.
