I have posted about the "Tres Gimps Amigos" and have even posted pictures.
But these guys are more than friends, they are my personal heros.
Kickstand is a Viet Nam vet, has out lived two of his three wives, lost a leg while riding his Valkyrie in an Auto/Motorcycle accident (at the same time his 2nd wife passed away), has had heart problems, and many other ailments currently. His greatest joy is his grand kids and riding his Valk (with a Voyager Kit, but sometimes he takes it off when he feels strong).

Triumph Dave is 75 and has been riding since he was 14 years old. He rode with an Outlaw club (Highwaymen M/C) for years. But he never let on that he was disabled due to childhood polio. It left him with a "twig like" left leg. Back then he rode Triumphs and the shifters were on the right side. He rides an I/S Trike with a shifter crossed over in front and over to the right side in front of the brake pedal.

I'm not going to talk about my disabilities. But these guys are not only my friends, but my personal heros.
I'm blessed to know these guys and the many people of the VRCC.
Peace
