"You have to admire a healthy tomatillo!"

Early Sat. morning Ron, Sandy, Tim and Cherie, Denny and Sharon and I met up at hwy 74 and I-17 for a breakfast ride and some twistie fun in Arizona! We all met up with Tom,Dave and Nina on the road to Wickenburg then continued onward. We rode on up the mountain and stopped at the Ranch House restaurant in Yarnell where the temps had dropped to a more wintery feel. (brr) After yet another successful dining experience and a brief tire-kicking session, Tom, Dave and Nina headed down the hill to do this'n that. The rest of us tootled along until Sandy went on his way. This left Ron, Denny and Sharon, Tim and Cherie and I to continue on following Vulture Mine Rd. to I-10 and back to civilization. A grand time was had by all!

Looks like a nice ride.  Wife's aunt owned a small motel in Yarnell many years ago.  Looks like the town has changed a lot since then.

Because of a car break-down, I had to catch a ride down the mountain to Wickenburg (or maybe it was Prescott) with an elderly man who really should not have been driving any longer.  Can you say: "White knuckles?"   Shocked

Yep! Going either way produces some serious twistys! Don't want to be a passenger on that trip!! Wink
