I have used Galfer, Barnett and Goodridge ... IMHO these are all of the same quality, etc.

Galfer is excellent quality stuff. Do it and you will not be disappointed in the results.

It looks like I need to order a set. I'm sure it's time for a change on my '97 Tourer. Thanks!

Based on what I see on the site, you need to order the front brake and clutch lines separately. The rear brake line comes free.

I don't know. It says on the website... "1..Order your front 2 or 3 line brake kit. 2.. FREE... matched rear line... For FREE..."
It'll be friday before I can order... I'll find out for sure then.

Thanks for the info.. I just ordered a set for boht the tourer and interstate. I change the ones on the tourer first as I seem to notice a different feel on the rear brake compared to the interstate.

The rear brake on my Tourer never has been very strong. I'm sure new lines will help.

I'm getting a set of these before sale ends. Have about 2000 mi left on my Avon Cobras and planning on rear end service, brake pads and will change out lines then. Did I see somewhere that someone suggested 2" overlength for back brake line makes installation easier? Might as well get clutch line also. Any overlength suggested? Thanks for any info from you have done installation.

I think that anytime someone replaces their brake lines the net result will be better braking regardless whether the lines are an aftermarket brand or stock Honda.
Simply because the exercise usually involves a re-do of the calipers and even the master cylinder (occasionally) so naturally the end result will be:
Seemingly much improved braking. Ipso facto!

I think that anytime someone gives opinions/advise based on their own rationalizations rather than actual experience it should be taken with a grain of salt. Caveat emptor.
