Okay, the guy is one sick puppy, but then he was hopped up on cocaine. Surely they had something better with which to charge him and the dogs and as to emotional damage done to the dog, please let's get real. Police said the woman who reported the incident was shaken up. According to published reports, the dog, said to be a pit bull, belonged to the woman.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain, an arrest affidavit by Pueblo police officer Matthew Ballard said the man, later identified as Milosavich, was “performing oral sexual acts on a female dog.” The affidavit said Milosavich then began pleasing himself in front of the dog.
