Right handed(not that it matters), and I much prefer a right hand turn...not that I dislike left handers.  A right hand turn feels more natural to me.  Guess I'm an oddball...as the stats show left hand turns are winning the poll.

I have noted this from my motorcycle teaching days and for many years.  Almost everyone (the vast majority) can turn a bike left better than right.  Right or left handed makes no difference.  I think this is especially true in the slow-roll gas station and parking lot maneuvers.

I have never been able to glean why, but it's true.  I don't prefer one over the other, but I know if I have to make a very short radius turn quickly, I'll go left if I can.

However, just to make things clear,  I will never be referred to as a lefty.

I prefer left hand turns, but my floorboards are scraped more on the right side.

Can't say I prefer right vs. left, but when I do my lock tight U-turn practice in a parking lot I always (instinctively) go to the left, such as a real time U-turn on a surface street. I presume it's a natural move based on rules of the road and comfort/control with the right hand on the throttle. At speed sweepers... I don't know that my instincts favor one way or the other; zoom-zoom-zoom. I do know I prefer up-hill zoomers over down hill. Wound-up tight in 3rd gear... power-control-anti gravity vs. gravity-coasting-kinetic energy- brakes. Sounds like a physics question to me.
