The main hammer run ended at Inzane in Paducah Kentucky first year it was there. Hammer delivered to OZ by (Phred or Paris?) riding into the hotel.
Not sure if it went elsewhere after that.

I think oZ has all of that. Right now it is my understanding the cups/mugs are over across the pond running from country to country.
Dag posts on them periodically, I think it is when he gets updated.
