I'm not a Democrate but I often wonder what the Republicans hope to accomplish with this type of remarks. My Father was a Democrat and worked his whole life. He was a combat veteran of WWII, Purple Heart and Bronze Star. My brother is a Democrat, served two & 1/2 tours in Viet Nam and is 100% service connected disability and worked his whole life too, never on the dole.

At one time the Democratic party had plenty to be proud of. How ever they have now became the party of the "FREE HANDOUT". AND BTW The OP is meant to be a JOKE. (HENCE the use of  ) |

got alot of relatives in Virginia that are still democrats, most are more conservative then I am. their party was hijacked, the GOP is hijacked somewhat as well. |

I used to consider myself to be a Democrat, until the pendulum swung way too far to the left for me. Extremist views "Right" or "Left" usually don't hold many practical solutions. |

Bush Tax Cuts: Extended by Obama.
Iraq: Troop draw-downs have proceeded according to Bush's timetable.
Afghanistan: Huge increase in U.S. troops and far more U.S. casualties than during Bush's terms.
Libya: Obama's war.
Africa: U.S. troops on the ground in a civil war that has nothing remotely to do with America or our interests.
Guantanamo Bay: Still open.
Military Tribunals: Still "pending" for accused terrorists.
Obama is everything the Left hated about Bush and more.

i'm old enough to know that the more things change, they more they seem to stay the same. can't see much difference from one party to the next, both are out to rip you off.
