Blinking, that is. OK, you electrically inclined folks, my right rear blinker has quit blinking. I have enough knowledge to pull the housing and check the light blue wire and there doesn't appear to be any current when there should be. What next, I'm not sure what to check from this point forward.
Yes, the bulb is good, it's not getting any current.

Working from (sometimes spotty) memory, but don't the rear turn signal wires plug into the harness under the right side cover? Check the bullet connectors inside the boot.

Also under the fender is a connection right where the rear fender splits. All blinkers get there power from the same fuse or source so if one works at all then the fuse is good. Also make sure your getting a good ground because if the ground is bad it doesn't matter how much current you put to it, it still won't work.

Here's the boot under the right side cover. In this photo, each wire has an additional line running to the rear for my trunk. Also, the boot is pealed up for access to the wires. This is more what it will look like under your cover.

I've had a similar problem. It was just a loose connection in the boot area under the right side cover. I've done alot of electrial wiring in that area for my mods, so I'm sure it was user created.

It probably is working. It just blinks so slow it looks dead. Common problem with the black Valks - dead slow stuff.

Update, looking around in the mess under the right side cover I found the blue wire unplugged from the loom and the blinker resumed it's duty. Unfortunately things have gotten worse since I attempted to stuff all of the extra wiring, I have the Electrical Connections LED taillight kit, back into the housing and now neither blinker works and if I turn them on the dash lights and taillights start dimly fast blinking. Ground? Suggestions? HELP!!!!

My suggestion, a complete rewire! I'm mostly done with HollyDays bike now and have been labeling everything.
I blew a headlight fuse after I closed up the side cover. Something shorted I think. Removed the cover, fluffed the wiring a bit, replaced the fuse and no problem since. I know if you have something plugged into the wrong plug, weird things happen. If you cant figure it out, start by unplugging everything thats not needed and work your way back up.
