Went to a friends house Thanksgiving Day. He's a very accomplished cook.

14 pound turkey with a kosher rock salt/pepper dry rub.

Matte the Bouvier is a great home alarm system and a real softie once she knows it's OK for you to be in the house. She's a big un. Close to 100 pounds.

That's a cool looking dog... Bonnie here has regained her ability to run around
like a maniac now that she gets injections of some goo to help with the
arthritis in her front legs... 13 years old and counting....

BTW: I don't need a project bike for the winter, but if the right funds and the right
bike line up, you may end up with me trying to tag along on some of your dirt bike rides  coolsmiley

Mike  stay off of those dirt bikes, you are a racer and we do not know the meaning of slow.

So you will find your self zinging down a trail and bam.

But if you must a DRZ400 Zookie is awesome.

Turkey looks scrumptious, I use the same garnish, 50/50 salt and coarse ground black pepper, rub inside and out, and rotissary it for a couple of hours.  Start out hot to sear the skin for first 15 min and then about 230 deg for about two hours turning.  Melts in your mouth.  Did 3 of them this season, about 60 pounds, and dont have enough left today for a turkey sandwich.

When I was a kid, we owned a pet store and were the first in Ontario to import bouviers. Great, even-tempered dogs as well as awesome personal protection dogs. Wasn't uncommon to have 2 litters (10-14 puppies) growing up at home. Nice looking animal you have there.  Wink
