to see something terrific

sunset  1st pic from near my grill looking west then next pic from by the hot tub looking west

had a nice ride on the Valkyrie today, needed some air before the ride in the front Cobra as it was down to 36 so I pumped in 40lbs. Rear was perfect at 45

Went over the bridge to my parents then up along the river to Nyack and back east. Short ride but fun, no LEO's heading my direction only the other way both ways  : )

Temps in the 60's.  THen took a nice walk for a few miles with my oldest daughter around the area

Good to have her home for the weekend.

Hope y'all had a great family time this holiday

You are just having tooooo much fun Bro.

Enjoy it while ya can, cause sometimes when they blow the nest, they move to a different state and many miles away.

Got  1 in Alaska
Got  1 in Georgia
Got  1 in the sand state.
Got  2 close by, 1 is 27 miles and the other one 48 miles away..

The one 48 miles is the one driving the 'Chevy in the Cobra hair do' post on here.  Her ex had the kids for Turkey Day, she gets them this Christmas, as all of her siblings will be flying in for a big party at the Legion Post.

I contact Hy-Vee (Grocery chain here) and tell them how many adults I got and how many kids in each age group and they cater in the food, clean up the hall afterwords and all I do is pay the bill.   By the way, they set up the tables and chairs before hand, have like 4 tables with the goodies and you go through the line (both sides of the tables) military style.   Kids 1st, with mom or dad helping, then the older kids, then the chillins of mine, and finally me and Red.

Pretty cheap dinner I think, no wear and tear on the ladies and no arguments with the daddy's over who is going to clean up what or who will put the tables and chairs away.

When the cleanup starts, I tell them to load up and head for my house, I'll be there when they are done here.   I turn of the lights, lock the door, put the key in the drop box up front and head for home.

Got none and still think life is great.

Good pics Oss.

Kids make life more philisophical and all that.

I think life rocks and then you go on to the next life and it is even more cool.

Got some wind myself and got home after dark.

Like that just chilled feeling as long as you are heading to a nice warm place.
