Will be picking up a '98 Valkyrie standard later this week as a second bike. Have GL1800 at my second home, needed something to ride at my primary residence. Was thinking of a Rune but didn't care for the looks after you add a windshield etc. Have heard nothing but positives about the Valkyrie, psyched to get a super clean bike and head out for some riding! Have a had a lot of fun / info on the GL1800 forum, looking forward to interacting.

That is a great looking bike! Really spoiled with my GL1800, haven't ridden the Valk yet, but expect I'll be very pleased. Welcome and congrats!! You picked the best color!!!
