Some one the other day posted a message about this and couldn't find how it originated.

It did start in the Prison System, but not for sexual favors or desires.

Thanks RJ for setting everyone straight.  Thats the way I heard about sagging pants originating also.  Nothing to do with sexual messages, just can't use anything to hold em up in prison    Personally, I am not fond of the practice...don't really find it appealing in anyway shape or form, but every generation has "their thing"    And all the older generations think its ridiculous   Makes people watching fun though ???

The next one you see, look at his/her thumb and a loop on the pants.    They are connected together.

Most wearers however, do have a belt on and just cinch it hard  to keep the pants from exposing the jewels and dropping to the ankles.

Yeah, all that...and if you watch saggers walk...they waddle like a duck...keeping their legs apart enuf to help keep the pants up.  Surely can't run in sagging pants, although it is funny to watch guys try, the pants get pulled up real fast when running has to happen
