Why would anyone shave a cow like that?

But man, when I was coming back from Cheaha, I stopped at the Tiger Truck Stop in Grosse Tete, Louisiana (it means Big Head in French) and I had not had the obligatory steak during the entire ride, so I ordered the steak.  Now, we found this place when Hard6 and Krash met me there on the way to Panama City Beach a couple of years ago and ate breakfast there.

Anyway, awesome place - and since it was a truck stop, the steak, baked tater, red beans and rice, bread, shrimp/sausage/chicken gumbo, salad and tea was less than $15.  The little waitress was so cool, I left her more than a $5 tip and walked out (FULL) for a 20 spot.  I put the cigarettes on the table so you could judge size.

AWESOME!!!! WHOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!   cooldude cooldude cooldude

Are you sure they didn't roll you out to Traveler and help you on?

Good lord... I've had gastric bypass surgery, so that would've been about three meals for me!  Looks good!

When I travel I try to eat where the truckers are eating. Because in my experience the truckers have already found the good eating spots.
Looks like you found a good steak.
