Got the briskets on around 1900 hours....that's 7 pm.....lookin' good.... will go out and add some wood to the fire, get a nap and check it again in a couple hours.....Should be good to go for Thursday afternoon!!!!!

  I'm sad to say that i will not make it today. My fiance's grandfather passed away tuesday morning, he was 87. They were very close and she is having a rough time. They family is having a get together today. Tell Dag I said HI! and I will see him on the next go around.

I had some BBQ that was all most as good as yours :2funny:A guy gave it to me awhile back  coolsmiley If it had been just a little HOTER it would have passed as the same cooldude Wish I  could make it but no way  :tickedoff:Have fun for me OK laugh

How 'bout making up some "care packages" and icing them down for Friday/Saturday if you have leftovers? You could even auction off a good piece of meat (most any) Saturday night! ~Jeff

I had a great time, BBQ was fantastic and the staff were fantastic...
It was good to meet "old" and new friends!
