Just for the record, it has been a L O N G time since Houston has had ANY bragging rights on Dallas, but I laughed out loud when my brother sent me this MMS message on my phone yesterday evening.  Disco even thought it was funny.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Hey, the Cardinals were pretty mediocre the year they went to the super bowl...........

But I think the stadium here will be kinda' empty after the last regular season game.

Deja vu all over again.
At least Bailey wasn't iced by his own coach this time.

I've been cured.  Jerry Jones (and the greater desire to ride my Valkyrie with my VRCC family) has finally done what seemed since the dawn of my sports consciousness to be impossible.  For the first time in more than two years, I watched Sunday's game from start to finish.  With a 12 point lead and 5 minutes to go I told myself that there was still plenty of time.  If they won, it would be a pleasant surprise.  If they lost, well, so what.  After all, it would be the third time this season they've squandered 4th quarter leads that big when they'd only done it two times in the history of the franchise before this season.  When they lost, my pulse rate never even rose.  No yelling.  No pacing.  No anxiety.  No hoarse voice for days afterward.  I feel so much better.

Go Texans!

I'm more cured.  I didn't watch the last 2 games at all.  Didn't feel a thing.
