Huffman, Texas close to Houston

 I need to know the color of the horn wire (hot) of an interstate. I know somewhere there is a wiring drawing but can't find it. I'm wiring a headlight modulator and it also wires to the horn to flash the lights or change the mod.TIA

Every schematic I have says:

Power side.
bl2 (black2) on the horn.
bl/br (black/brown) at the horn switch, to bl1 (black1) at the  9 pin connector

Ground side
bl3 (black3) connects to g (green)
