Judy and I gave each other a new digital camera for Christmas.  We bought it today.  Man this thing takes some sharp pictures, but Im still learining it.......seems it has a ton more features than I am used to lol.  Its a Nikon Coolpix S9100 with a 16gig card.  Dont think Ill be filling that puppy up any time soon.  I actually had to read the instructions and Im still missing some important stuff.  Ill get it down and then better pics are sure to follow.

I took some of a game I made a couple weeks ago.  Its called Shut The Box, except I made a double version so you can play against someone like the old Battleship game.

Its really fun, and it teaches our 6yr old grandson counting

That's really neat. What are the rules of the game?

simple....roll dice add them together THATS YOU NUMBER for that turn......put tiles down if you can match THAT number in any way  and first to "Shut the box" wins.  Its an old sailors game........drinking was probably involved....LOL

OK So Im Santa again this year.  Almost every year I end up making some Christmas Presents.  The last game was going to be a present, but we decided on something else, these two are for special people, first is a hot pad trivot made from wine corks

and the second is a Hawaiian checkers game made from a piece of concrete...left over from a kitchen I just did.  I decided ot give this to my customer as a Christmas present and to say thanks for the business.
