Hey Ray,

I pirated your picture from an earlier post and then uploaded to Photobucket where I store my pics for display here.  Anyway, Photobucket has a simple edit tool that let's you manipulate the pictures a bit and that's where I "made" your card.

You should be able to click and drag the picture into a folder where you store your photos or I could email it to you if you like.
