Saturn Outlook

Anyone have a Saturn Outlook?  I know they don’t make ‘em anymore.  My wife’s  been looking at the Chevy/GMC Acadia, I like the Buick Enclave myself, they’re all the same as the Saturn Outlook which was last made in 2010.   The Saturn has a lot more options then the Acadia, and for a lot less money!  Sure you can get 0% finance, but if you’re going to save over $10 grand, you’d be better off buying a used vehicle.

2 coworkers got saturns at work. 1's a Vue and the other a van type. They both had to replace the tranny's at 100k. Kit drives a Acadia at work. She likes it. I'm not a fan of AWD. I want to 'know' its in 4wd.

I used to build the Saturn Outlook, GMC Acadia, and Buick Enclave in Lansing MI, and in my opinion I would go with the GMC Acadia.  The parts like Headlights, Seats, Switches, and other things like that seem to be a cheaper part that the ones in the GMC.  Of course the top of the line is the Buick.  As far as road noise the Saturn would be the worse of the 3 because of the insulating foam that is injected in the Saturns is less than the GMC or Buick.  The door seals and window seals are better in the GMC and Buick also.  I am not saying that the Saturn is not a good vehicle I am saying that the GMC is better and the Buick is better than the GMC.  I hope this helps you and I am sure any of the 2 you will be happy with.  Good Luck with your decision.
