This is not true.  My brother sued the previous owner of the Ottawa Senators and won.  He represented himself.  The judge gives a lot of leniency to the individual over the lawyers.  You just have to be able to not get emotional.

This is not true.  My brother sued the previous owner of the Ottawa Senators and won.  He represented himself.  The judge gives a lot of leniency to the individual over the lawyers.  You just have to be able to not get emotional.

It also helps to have a good case.... on the facts and the law.
