Oh this is ok, The President of the United States would never abuse power, circumvent the constitution or ignore actual law to just do whatever he wants.
Wait, my bad....it was in the news today "president" Obama's administration has been forcing/pressuring immigration officials to Not Deport, Issue Visa's and sometimes employ individuals that shouldnt be in the United States. Wait, that would be illegal. Guess we know he cant be trusted to follow our own laws.
Why should we expect him to use this new power appropriately.
Oh ya and the so called "recess appointment" he just made while Congress in NOT REALLY in recess (or not for 10 days anyway as the LAW requires) is further proof he aint gonna follow the law.

From this article: http://news.yahoo.com/obama-bypasses-senate-installs-consumer-chief-183629338.htmlthere is this bit: Obama has constitutional power to make appointments during a congressional recess.
Expressly to keep that from happening, Republicans in the Senate have had the Senate running in "pro forma" sessions, meaning open for business in name with no actual business planned. Good for him.

he's also going to be rolling out 2-3 executive orders per week, according to his press secretary. good thing exec orders are just paper, not law.

Well, you may like his illegal tactics because you dislike (as I do) the slimy tactics of our disfunctional government (both houses) but them are the rules, and the dems did it many times to preclude Bush from making appointments. the difference is.....Bush didnt break the law and make the appointments anyway. I hate politics, but it is what it is. This one we have here just makes up his own rules as he goes. Not a healthy way to run a government IMPEACH OBAMA

And, Dingy Harry did the same thing when Bush was President, but at least Bush respected the rule of law, unlike Hussain, and did not appoint when held in pro forma session.

For a moment I thought you were talking about Bush. You probably should capitalize Constitution if you are talking about the Constitution of the United States.

Chris CMAGo ahead,...tell us how you really feel. OK, Why not... Obama and his Democrats vowed to be different. He said "I taught the Constitution, I will follow it. I wont do those signing end arounds" I have a problem with liars. I thought they were going to be the MOST ethical ever I also have a problem with an administration that lets heads of other countries speak to our representitives to complain about our laws. Immigration laws that are more reasonable than the country that is complaining (WAY TOO REASONABLE) An administration that fights our own states for doing the right thing.....(what Obama should be doing) And an administration that sees no problem breaking and not upholding the laws of the United States. Oh ya Im really out of line (Jay Leno's famous quote) Voting fraud,Fast and furious and now the immigration scandal (THAT NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT APPARENTLY) It makes me lose some love for our leaders when NO ONE can hold them accountable. Voting fraud, Election meddling, Knowingly wasting billions on his "friends"....Not really so ethical after all Obama even said if he didnt get the economy fixed in 4 years he would walk away. Yesterday I heard him say oops its taking longer than I thought, I need 4 more years to fix it. We cant afford four more minutes...IMPEACH OBAMA.....sign up, I did http://www.impeachobamacampaign.com/?s=
