I fully agree!

Had a friend from work that got a triple whammy. He had a stroke, so no more riding for him, then less than a year later, his son in the Navy died on his sport bike, 10 days after he bought it (had not even got his license yet, his own fault). Then 8 months later lost my friend to cancer on top of that.

It has been that way for a while. Most military bases have MSF courses nearby to help.

My nephew, who is in the Air Force, wrecked his Hyabusa @ 140mph while stateside.  He ended up fine, but his hip was permanently damaged.  That knocked him out of special ops which he had been training for. 

He is currently back in Afghanistan serving his country - pulling "normal" duty...less pay...less adrenalin... Sad
