Just Riding The Many Storms Of Life

Ft.Worth, Texas

« on: January 12, 2012, 05:53:05 PM »

To begin this, everything came out just great.  I was going to work this morning when my wife started to throw up and having pains on her back.  She doesn't like hospitals, but she finally let me take her to the fire dept up the road.  They, in turn, called an ambulance and they got her to the ER.
After about an hour they went up through her groin and found that she did have a blockage, which they cleared and opened up.  She has had heart problems since she was 22.  Being 53 and under the stress of grandkids, different people starting drama, and other BS, it was only a matter of time.  I have now forbidden everyone except immediate family around the house till she is better.  I should have done this sooner but if Mamma ain't happy, nobodys happy.  Whoever says that God doesn't exist, well, opinions vary.   I know He does.   Could everyone keep her in their prayers??  She will be home Saturday and I am locking the door and shutting off her cell.  Does this seem too extreme??  I have been know to go overboard at times.  Thanks ya'll

Sorry to hear this Walt!  I think turning off the cell and keeping her calm is a good idea.  Especially if people are calling her and dropping their problems on her....
Prayers on the way from Pearland for her AND you.
God Bless.

Update:  I just brought Lisa home.  She's still kinda tired, but she came through ok.  The doc says that it was a very severe heartattack, judging by her enzymes and a few other tests.  Thanks to all out there for your thoughts and prayers.

Sounds like you have a good doctor and you got her to the medical people just in time.

Prayers being raised for her complete recovery.  Get a pit bull to keep people from coming over!

You're a good man, Charlie Brown!
