Thats like the rifle version of my .50cal revolver......(much bigger of course) but its weird, just like the ones in this video, almost everyone that shoots the 500 for the first time giggles just like those guys in the video.  Does heavy recoil push a giggle button?  Seems so....weird!

Yes... yes it does...

First time I shot my Dad's .444 Magnum, I was giggling like a school girl. 

Mind you, I was 14 and a full 140 pounds soaking wet... and was wiping the blood off of my face from the impact of the scope and my eyebrow (the little rubber ring was missing, so metal directly to face). 

But I was still laughing!!!  It took me a good 10 minutes to get the second round downrange.  I learned that it's impossible to aim and laugh at the same time.   uglystupid2 

I also learned to hold on TIGHT when shooting a large gun...
And... eyebrows bleed a LOT when it's slightly raining!!!   Grin
