Am trying to figure out how to print return address labels with win 7 home. (insert smiley smashing computer with sledgehammer)

Do you have Word?

If not, download Open Office and use the Label Wizard in the tools to print out your labels.

You probably have Microsoft Works; If you're using Avery labels, there should be a sheet with instructions, if not, open up Works 9document, not spreadsheet), under Tools, there's a label option, follow that down...

Check out Avery templates on the net. It allows you to use their software online to print on their labels for free. You may find something there close to the labels you have.
