When it's all iced up like that, will they let sleds (snowmobiles) on there?

I'd rather ride in the summer (115 deg) than put up with that all winter.

I have no doubt whatsoever that I would rather cross it in beautiful sunshine July weather like we did in 2010 and 2011 ridin' up to the U P.

First picture is my Interstate at the Mighty Mac in 2011.

This is T-Bird's Tourer picture taken in 2011 also.

Lived in the UP for a few years. Crossed the bridge looking like that MANY times. Prefer to not cross in the bad weather, and NO snowmobiles can cross except on a trailer cooldude

I have gone over it in weather nearly like that with a truck and snowmobile trailer........ they had pace vehicles leading the Semis across....... could only go like 25 MPH and was one of the longest 20 min in my life.......  we heard they closed the bridge 20 min later on the radio......

Have also been across it in a thunder storm on a motorcycle (Wing)........ never again....

Had to stop in Mackinac City for fudge.......... and wanted to buy some too...... Shocked
