So your bike has how many cylinders?

Have a chance to buy an Interstate fiaring that is slightly damaged.  Question is, is the chrome around the headlight (trim) metal or plastic.  I'm looking to modify my 97 Tourer with a fairing and possibly IS trunk.

Yes, it's plastic.

Not that you asked my opinion, but there are better fairing options available for the Standard and Tourer unless you're going to try to do a whole rework to include the Interstate instrumentation and electronics.

If you're going to do the latter, the cost is prohibitive.

Thanks Willow.  The guy is selling a complete IS fairing, but it is also cracked upon closer inspection.  I'll keep what I have, looks more like a cruiser without the fairing anyways.
