It says "Very good condition couple of small dings on right side header nothing that can be seen when installed".

Only problem with that is they are fairly good sized dings and will affect the performance quite a bit. Undecided

That's the reason I passed on them. I have heard you can fill the header pipe up with water and set them outside on freezing night and the ice expanding will push most of the dents back out.

depending on the header material, maybe a stud welder and a slide hammer to pull out the dent, then grind, and refinish?
