I took this from the GENERAL BOARD and posted it here.

 Smiley
All,
We have decided to move the annual “Tucumcari BBQ” to the town of Las Vegas New Mexico, of course it will no longer be called the “Tucumcari BBQ” but will be the New Mexico Ride In. The Ride In will continue to be on Memorial Day Weekend and we will also continue to support the Melrose Food Pantry with donations raised at the Ride In.
There is some spectacular riding in Northern NM along with tons of NM History in the Las Vegas area. There is also the RED RIVER RUN Motorcycle Rally 94 miles away through some beautiful mountainous roads, 30,000+ bikes if interested.
We should have the details worked out this weekend and will keep everyone updated.
Thanks,
Steve

I won't be there this year but have it on my calendar for next year.  Going to Britman's ride in North Carolina this year.

RainMaker-Disco already informed my you were going east. Have a safe trip and we will see you next year and hopefully sooner.   By the way, did you get the lights and have you installed them yet?  NO SLACKERS ALLOWED.....LOL.....only me uglystupid2

I did get the lights and will install this next weekend, since I need to wire in those resistors.  Thank you so very much.

Sounds like a plan. Maybe I just might have to ride up to Durango with you. That ride is OK but once you get to Durango, take the Million Dollar Highway through Silverton to Ouray and back.....Thats a ride I could do in a day. 285 miles one way, Mapquest says 5.5hrs. Last summer I made it home in 4.25 hrs.... cooldude Had to slow down on hiway 550 cuz it was getting dark and I dont see well at night.
