So this past weekend i for what ever reason decided to pull my motor out to go a real good detailed cleaning and so i have or am about to do
1. Desmog
2. DynoJet stage 1 kit
3. Polished Intakes
4. New thermostat
5. Autometer Water gague taped into the thermo housing
6. Autometer Oil presure
7. Dual Air Horns (where should i mount them and the compressor?)
8. Removal of pre-filter on K&N filter
9. Dan Marc
10. Pingel valve
11. In- Line fuel filter (Golan or Pingel?)
12. 6X6 Cobras no Baffels
13. Sync Carbs
14. new carb float valves
Is there anything that i am missing?
I am planning on having it all back together one week from now, i already have half of this stuff done,
I know that the pingel, dan marc, and fuel fitler is overkill but i have had two major hydrolocks with (rebuilt oem p.o.s petcock, and resealed tank) had to replace the starter idler gear twice in 2 years

Polishing the inside of the intake tubes doesn't improve the performance.
Polish the outside if you want.

K&N says not to run without the prefilter. I figure their engineers know more than I do so.....

I did all the things on there, it took be about 2 1/2 weeks to do, would have been quicker but had to wait on things to be shipped in. and i cleaned my bike real good, that also adds about 10hp
