I see my fingers moving but cant feel them..... had to pull the clutch cover off again because like a numbnut (ok dumbass) I forgot to re-stake the big nut. Embarrassed Figured typing in the warm house would get warm blood flowing back through my fingers. cooldude

I hate it when that happens.  I have to pull things back apart all the time. Don't feel alone on that one.

When I was 16 and worked in a auto shop in the New york the guy wouldn't heat the shop in the winter. He would turn the heat on just enough to take the chill off then shut it off. The snow would blow in under the door a bit but the tools never got really warm. I used to run the engine to warm up and lay the tools close by. I always thought that was the worst cold experience but walking in NY with good shoes wind blowing raining or snowing about 30 degrees is just plain nasty. When washing the car in the winter I used to hate when the water would freeze on the car or windshield.
Just a suggestion get a tarp and secure it to the side of the house and get a space heater to keep it a bit warmer. Or get some pvc and build a small shelter with a tarp.
