What a plonker. Was polishing the reservoirs and dropped a tool onto the tank. Small piece of paint flaked off - leaving bare metal about 4mm across. BAST**D!!!! Does anyone know if is possible to get touch-in paint? Its a rumble bee and its on the yellow bit.. BAST**D!!!!! 8765t8076ouhgvljh;kljh'ljnv!!!!

I did that on my wife's bike several years ago. I carefully dabbed some paint in, let it dry, dabbed a little more in, let it dry, etc until the level was up to original, then carefully wet sanded, clear coated and buffed out. It was much better but still noticeable if you were looking for it. Even though we sold that bike around 7 years ago, I still hear about it. -RP

I had my local vinyl sign shop make up some larger than life band-aids for me a few years back. cost about 5 bucks. Atleast a humorous repair.
