I was at one of my local Honda dealers Saturday and saw this ride in the shop at Honda Of Norfolk in Norfolk Va. Looks like the carbs are being overhauled. If you own it, or know who does please let me know. I like the exhaust system and would like to hear what those glass packs sound like, before I start cutting into mine for a project down the road.

Not my valk either but if you are talking about the mod where the glasspack is threaded to a modified header inside truck stacks I can help you out Grin  My '01 valk has the glasspacks that are notched on each side of the outlets so you can make a "T" tool to thread them out of the headers.

Granted it's pretty hard to get a good picture inside a 4" pipe of the glasspack that is in there but here you go.

The outlet is tweaked a little on this glasspack:

The glasspack outlets are up in there pretty far......maybe about 12" (never actually measured it)

A side shot for reference:

If you are wanting to hear them I have a couple of video's of it running.

Slayer , you won't get those out with a T Tool.

Take the skins off and a big pipe wrench will do the job.

I put antisieze on them so thy will come off easier this time.

They once had a homemade baffle in your pipes, that hushed them downa little.

But I wanted them louder and they are loud.

Rock on Dude and Call me when you come down here to Tennessee and dinners on me.

Do the glass pack mod and install Grumpy's tips, the sound is awesome!
