Then, reduce (resize) the 2.5megs photos before downloading them to Photostash, etc. Your camera should have came with basic photo editing software usually on a disk that has a resize feature. Caution, here, when the software prompts you to 'Save' [edit] or 'Save As' the resized pic on your computer (preferred) or to the SD memory stick, assign the reduce pic a different name, otherwise the old full size pic will be deleted. For example, to P0000006 (original photo), er, just addend an 'B' to the P0000006B. The 'B' suffix will also keep the two pics next to each other when you search for them. They're displayed in alphabetical order and so forth. There's also an onboard resizer on the camera itself probably in the 'review' mode and the resized pic is usually stored as a duplicate without overriding the original. Also, if you 'crop' the relevant real estate in the photo there's rarely a need post pics over 500px in width unless a particular detail is the focus.

Welcome.

Dude, don't use Photostash, it's cumbersome.  Use photobucket.  Much easier.  PM me if you need some help (with the pictures that is).

Looks like you and your Valk are a match made in heaven ! If you decide to head up into the Ottawa area, give us a shout, we'd be honored to ride some with you and provide a place to rest for a bit.
