Does anyone have or recall seeing a link describing various ways/mods to wire I/S trunk lights i.e., outer lights turn signals, inner lights running; both left lights turn signals and both right lights turn signals; believe there were some flashing lights option and a couple of others as well......I remember seeing something about this but for the life of me can't remember the details or locate the link again. Undecided

TIA !

I added a pair of additional LED (amber) lights, for use as extra, high mounted turn signals.  They work great at night, but I'm looking for something a bit more visable in the day time.

I also added a SOMA (stay off my ass) module, from Signal Dynamics, inside the trunk, that either rapidly flashes, or 'wig-wags' the brake lights. I also have one in the rear fender light.

Really gets the attention of cagers.  I actually had someone pull up along side of me and say "Did you know your brake lights flash when you stop?"

Neal, remember that when putting an I/S trunk on a STD or Tourer you may want to check your fuses. If you're going to be permanently mounting that trunk; use the fuse amp values for an I/S. If you remove the trunk, you're still "good to go".
