I think it would be fine as long as you don't do any hill climbing!  cooldude

No.  I wouldn't like to see that happen with a Valkyrie.   Cheesy

Wow... We don't got hills like that in Louisiana!!   Grin

The camera did a good job not being busted while tumbling through the snow... so I think it'll work well.

Does it say in the details of that posted video what camera and mount was used for the video?  Kind of looks like a gopro video to me......but what do I know.

What I've got for now to shoot video's on the valk is a fairly cheap waterproof camera (kodak playsport) that is waterproof up to 10' of water and can be bought for close to $100 or less for the older version like I have.  There is a newer version of this camera but it has the same specs for video (shoots video up to 1080p) and digital camera (5MP camera) the only thing they added was a share button to the camera for youtube uploads.  Basically the same thing can be accomplished with the older version for about 60 bux less.

It's mounted on a RAM mount on the bars but I need to work on where it's mounted to get rid of windshield glare.

Here's a video we shot on Jan. 6 for our first ride of 2012 cooldude

The part I could not understand was it probably already rolled a couple hundred times coming off the mountain and at the bottom they were intent on stopping it from rolling.  I figure stopping the last few rolls was not going to help it any uglystupid2

That could come in handy for the marine version of the Valkyrie!

Damn, I would have been climbing those rock walls when I finally stopped and saw that sled coming up behind me instead of trying to catch it. Of course, that's easy to say when it wasn't "my sled".
