Thinking of a long upcoming trip, and I need suggestions on a trunk.

The LL Trunk seems like it is quite large, will match my saddlebags....But  not sure if I want something "hard"... Anyone use one?  Is it quite roomy?

I have the Kury GranTour bag, and am very impressed with the quality.  The also have the GranTailgater. and Full Dresser bags....Any experience with those bags?

I'm planning on doing some camping, so need some space for tent, mattress, bag, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions...

G.

Couldn't find any numbers on mine and have had them too long. One sits onn the rear luggage rack and 1 on the pillion seat. The 2 I have look like these 2. I don't always bring the top roll on the one.

This video ought to give you a fairly good idea regarding the Leatherlyke trunk capabilities.

I put this trunk on my bike.......

It's a Harley leather tour pak trunk.  They have several different versions to match your seats and/or bags.  It doesn't come with a lock and key, but you can buy a lock kit for it.

Interesting video of the LL Bag......It appears he has case w/ backrest, but removed it.....Perhaps for a bit more storage.

I've a wide backrest/sissy combo...(backrest is 14").....I"m thinking of getting the trunk just for long trips, and removing when not using.

What I like is the large size and it is all one unit.

We use a 21" Jeep roller luggage from Wal-Mart. $40. Its semi ridige and you can stack on top of it. We fit 10 days worth of clothes in it for 2. Nice to ratchet stap it to the rack and then roll it into the room.

Hard to see it but its under there, under 2 leather jackets and a vest.  crazy2

I use the Kury Full Dresser bag and really like the separate compartments and amount of storage it offers. There were some really long straps on it that I never used so I cut them off. The top part is expanding depending on the amount of gear you have.
