May all your prayers be answered is my prayer as well. The Lord already knows what I need and blesses me everyday. 7% is about right I would say.

I wonder what percentage of those in the 93% refuse to pass something along because the originator seemed it necessary to guilt other people into forwarding it. The implication that I don't "stand up for Him" if I don't pass on someone's message is offensive.

I know that there are people praying for me, what a wonderful feeling, and I have been so blessed because of it. He will even tell His own to pray for ones in need or danger or just needing a answer. There are times when we haven't been diligent in prayer or may not know how to pray and the Lord in His love signals His people to pray. I see answered prayers so many times in peoples lives and feel especially blessed when someone comes to the Lord when I know that someone was praying for that persons salvation. Its so hard to see children make the wrong decisions and maybe get hooked on drugs or alcohol and you cant reach them. But the power of prayer never lets them alone. It may not happen right away or you may not see it, or understand how the situation could ever come out good, but make no mistake prayer is never in vain and it does work. I know I have been protected many times by the prayers of others on my behalf.

+1 I'm sorry but I couldn't sit through it. That was worse than the canned powerpoints I have to show my students. I can find my way down that road without being led there by a leash.

It's the same mindset that thinks Christians are being "attacked" when non Christians (and many Christians) choose to maintain a secular society and government by removing Christian religious practice from same.

This is a great question. And it leads to others. For example, how about the other guy on the island? Did God just blow him off, even though he was the altruistic one, the one who prayed for the other guy? And, is this video suggesting that you need to pray to God for material gain and a hot babe? Is it saying that all you need to do is make a couple of prayers to Jesus, and whammo, that mansion and Mercedes are yours (not to mention a fleet of Valks)? And then... the guy behaves like a complete turd to his fellow man, and God/Jesus lets him keep all his material possessions? I just don't think God works that way. Poorly thought out video... with seemingly the only message that people who don't pass it on are "dissing" Jesus.

I am a Christian and have always been. The video really didn't do anything for me. God works in his own ways, not in the ways that we envision for him.
I most certainly prayed for my wife's continued life but it was not to be. Yet, I am not abandoned.
I will continue to hold my Faith precious and not force it on others unwilling to hear.
I sat in church Sunday and listened first hand to a group from my church that flew to South Africa. They went to share their Faith but also to physically help the people there attain an easier life, albeit on a small scale. That, to me, was a worthwhile but very hard commitment for them as laypersons.
As far as the seven percent, No. I never passed along chain letters in snail mail. I don't desire to pass along emails or postings that intimidate "you better do this or" . As a Christian, I much rather talk face to face about my Faith and then ONLY when asked. I hesitated to post this but decided that I would as this is how I truly feel.
Yes, I'm well aware of evangelism.

I am humble enough to admit that I don't know how it all works... but confident enough not to be offended by someone else's pronouncement of THEIR faith.
I am NOT one of the 7%. But I am not offended by that either.
