Looking for a good quality TPMS, any info (good ,bad or indifferent) would be welcome.
Does anybody have the Orange TPMS Model M202 by Orange Electronics?

My buddy had some brand of tire pressure monitoring system on his 1800 wing. He finally took it off. On our long summer rides he was constantly watching the pressure go up and worrying about too much pressure. He would pull over and let air out. Then in the morning when it was cold he would put air in because it was low. When we started riding again and the tires got hot............It was ridiculous. We quit pulling over for him. Just check your pressure before you ride.

Not sure I'd want to add anything to the valve stems.  Not sure how the added weight would effect them.  I'm thinkin' they might not be such a good idea on stock OEM valve stems.

This is the one I installed on my Wing.  I am going to get another for the Valk soon.
I know others that have them too and recommended them to me.

One of those others would be me.  I've had a Doran on the late, great 'wing and on the Valkyrie.  It's a great comfort to me to know what's going on.

I'm pretty sure one of our other buddies likes his Big Bike Parts TPMS.  He has it on both bikes.  It also measures temperature.

I have this model and am very pleased with it.  As to the other post regarding a rider stopping to let air out due to pressure increasing >>>  duh.....  it will increase as you ride due to heating of the tire due to friction road temp etc.... that is why you check tire pressure COLD and then only monitor for decrease below the original cold pressure while riding.  A few perceived blowouts were not what they seemed,,,, as the pressure drops (especially if cruising on highway) you on't feel a major change until the pressure drops to the crossover point (crossover form stable to unstable) and then suddenly gets all squirmy leading one to think it was a sudden pressure loss.  Granted blowouts do occur, just that sometimes it can seem so, but not really.  TPMS can be very helpful in the non blowout pressure loss if mounted where you can see it.

If I was to spend the money on a tire pressure monitoring system, I think I'd really have to consider this one.....

You can get the BBP system on e-bay for less that $150, delivered.  It's a good system, works well, but should be used with all-metal stems, which I believe in anyway.

A visual inspection before you ride won't tell you if you're losing air as you ride.
