It does make your eyes hurt. B U T ...What worries me is the fact that it is listed as a 1988 Valkyrie, and you know what that could mean......WE WOULD BE ENTERING THE "TWILIGHT ZONE".

Says it has lots of "custom parts". Obviously one of them is the Flux Capacitor.

Yes, it's getting real old being an '88 . He would have to Pay me to haul it away. But someone will probably buy it because they can envision something that I can't.

It looks to me like all the original parts are there with the bike. As to 88 I'd say a 98, no one here is perfect..I know my typing isn't..if I hadn't just spent the money for the 02 K1200LTE I'd be interested in it. If it runs it is definitely worth the money.

That was my first impression, but he did it twice. Oh well. The year is definitely not the worst thing about that ad. Mark

the old school springer front end and wheel will bring a easy $500. If it were closer to me I would own it just for the parts.

I agree Terry....That's some nice parts to have around I'd think the motors alone well worth that. If he's asking $2,500 then $2,000 to $2,200 would buy it.

Part out the custom stuff... Put it back to stock form... Use money from custom parts to replace the front end (add says stock front is missing)...
Good bike for $2500 or less (depending on how you find a front end).

Perhaps I'm the odd man out, but I like the look of it. It isn't what I would want for my every day scoot or my long haul scoot, but I would like to have it hanging around the garage. It needs a coat of paint and a few other finishing touches like lights and speedo, but it has potential. I don't see anything wrong with having something different. Very few well proportioned Valk choppers have popped up over the years. This one appears as level as any of them. It is too far and I'm too broke but that looks cool to me.
