On the schematic of Chets START SWITCH SAFEGUARD.  Does the blue/white wire connected to #86 terminal on the relay connect with the black/red wire as does the added lead that connects to the 30/51 terminal?  Thanks for your help...Jim ???

the drawing shows a connection in the bottom left, but i believe that represents the start switch.
 otherwise the relay would be engaged all the time and it would never disengage during start process.

The way it is drawn up didn't make sense to me.  That "connection" in the lower left portion of the schematic was what I was asking about.  I have done this one other time on a Tourer, but could not remember exactly how it was done...Jim Undecided Undecided

that "connection" appears to be the part of the switch that is normally closed and opens while the start switch is engaged.
