what are we gonna start making pennies out of? the costs of minting pennies are almost two and a half times what each one is worth  uglystupid2 uglystupid2 uglystupid2

nickels on the other hand only cost 11 cents per unit to produce.

I'm reminded of an old saying we used way back when I worked for an awning shop. "we are losing a dollar per unit but we'll make it up in volume" coolsmiley

Kinda of sux when it costs more to print money than what the face value is worth.  I would imagine that the government has known this for longer than a day.   uglystupid2 2funny
