Hello all.
Well I am feeling much better but not out of the woods yet. As you know I had a heart attack on Jan 30th. It took 4 stints to correct a badly restricted artery. During this procedure the Dr. saw and had to deal with a couple aneurysm's. I was scheduled for a cat scan to detirmine the size of them. They do not automaticly operate to fix them unless the are a certain size. I have 3 of them and one turns out to be too big. So I am letting you all know that this coming Thur morning I will be headed to the operating room once again to get these fixed. I will be one to two days in the hospital after the operation and approx. a week at home, this is estimated recovery time. So you may not hear from me for a while. All I ask is for you to keep me in your thoughts. I will again send out a report as soon as I feel able after this procedure.
Thanks all, love ya!

Prayers heading your way.  The good news is, once they fix you up, you'll feel great.  Just do what your Doctor says.

Prayers being sent your way from Kentucky. I had a massive heart attack in April of 08 and they did 5 bypasses and a defibulator installed. Took me almost a year to get feeling better but all went well until November when I found out that I HAD prostate cancer.  That got took care of Monday by a robot and a fantastic surgical team in Ashland, Ky.  So I am back on the mend again and feeling great.. Highly recommend the Da Vinci system as there was very little blood loss-minor pain--two days recoup instead of 5 or 6 days with radical surgery.
One word of advise to all the guys reaching the 50 mark or older-----HAVE THE DIGITAL EXAM DONE AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR AND BLOOD WORK TWICE A YEAR.  Early detection WILL save your life !!!!!
