Now don't ask me why I even thought of this but,,,,,,.  Roll Eyes

After the Valk is started,,, is the starter button some how disabled? What I'm asking is if you hit the starter button by mistake after she's started with the starter still try to engage?  Shocked

And no I didn't try it!  Wink

My starter does become disabled.
Although hitting the starter button while the bike is running will cut power to your headlight. So don't push the starter button at night while in the middle of a curve! When released power is restored to your headlight.

Its not so much that it becomes disabled after you start, its just that the same rules apply anytime the key is on, i.e. it won't start in gear, with the clutch out.  While you're motoring along, (in gear, clutch out), pressing the start button interrupts the headlight, but thats all.  If you hit it though while you're holding the clutch in, or while stopped at the light with it in neutral, you're going to have whats known as a crash engagement.
