Does anyone know how I can remove scratches from my face shield? Droped it today.

If you can find someone who details cars and uses a high speed buffer you can get most out. Start with 2000 wet grit sand a bit then take the buffer with a cutting pad and some 3m light duty compound and that should do the trick. Make sure there is no coating on the outside of the shield because if there is then you really cant do anything.

You could also try one of the headlight lens clean up kits, I used this on the fat girls clear wind deflectors and it cleaned them up nice---they also have a 3 stage plastic polishing kit sold.

Depending on how bad its scratched replacment face shields usually aren't too badly priced.   The last one I got for my HJC was $30

rubbing compound and a buffer or do it by hand. I clean all my shields up that way, as well as my crappy Memphis shades windshield.
