What is that? (Τι είναι αυτό;) 2007powered by Aeva

My dad finally got out of the hospital and into a rehab last night He was in since 12-4

He was in a furious rage from steroid withdrawal when I saw him Wed morning screaming at me at the top of his lungs so I walked out without saying a word. just thanked the iccu nurses for taking care of him and drove to work (funny the reversal of how the movie characters and my life)  I will see him Sunday and wont speak a word of Wed.  The movie really hit me like a ton of bricks and there are less than a hundred words in it

The movie says a lot. I well remember my Dad's cancer, and 30 some years after Dad was gone, my Mom and stepfathers slow loss of health, and eventually, life.

Prayers sent for you and your Dad. Hope things get better. There are some things, we never really feel old enough to deal with. Cry

Oss, a wise man once told me in reference to my father when he was in failing health; "Once a man, twice a child."

I don't know if it originated with him, but it stuck with me. Dad left us at 93, and even though I'm coming up on 74 in about a month there are still some things I need to ask him. The video....so moving. Thanks.

Hope he continues to get better and the roid withdrawal rage subsides. Hope you get some riding in soon.
