I have two Valks the 1st one did not have one and my 2nd one did. I thought my 1st one just had it missing since when I bought it was missing a side cover and alternator cover also, so I fabricated one out polished diamond plate.  I like the one I made better.

I also have this, with Chets bar grill, realy finishes off the front. I recently noticed a Valk without it and it realy looked bare, like something was missing. When I turn my handlebars/forks to the lock position, the forks hit this. Does this happen to you all that have it installed???

I have this same set-up as you but my forks don't hit. Is it in front of the bar grill or behind it? Should be behind it, see Kingbees post.

Andy, Mine is mounted behind the bar-grill. I checked my receipts, I ordered mine from Viking Motorcycle, before they went out of business. It was a BBC part#. So I imagine that would also be Big Bike Parts, same one.
